Is it important to thread the outer jacket of the cable into the 8P8C connector?

What standards determine the clamping of the outer sheath of the SCS cable in the connector?
What does it affect, besides aesthetics?

If you pull harder, you can pull out the veins. And if the winding is filled, then it is more difficult to do)
There are no standards that determine how much to fill the winding) You are not surprised at the lack of a standard on how to wind the remnants of the cable)

Situation: they came to your organization / home to connect the Internet, the patch cords were made with an unfilled braid. Can I make a claim? If yes, then on what basis?
PS In general, the background is as follows. I worked for an Internet provider for several years and, based on experience + communication with colleagues, it was decided that where aesthetics are not important, it is better not to fill the braid because:
- it's faster
- wires reach better
- more flexible and thin cable at the end (important, for example when there is not enough space in the box and there is a 24 port switch and something else, and if there is no braid on the last 2-3 cm, then it is much easier to connect / disconnect connectors)
- there is less chance that some kind of bad will leak through the cable into active equipment
- the braid itself is pulled out of the connector quite easily, unlike crimped cores.
Here, and at a new place of work, I received information that an unfilled braid is a gross violation and the basis for a claim to the contractor.
