Is it free to send documents to Kindle and then download to the device via 3G Internet?

I ordered an Amazon Kindle with 3G, I was sure that it was completely free. Now I came across www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=h... , which means that if I send a document by e-mail and want to download it over 3G, I may be charged up to $.99 per megabyte. Is the internet just for surfing free? Is it possible to somehow send documents to it and not pay for it?

There are two forwarding addresses: one @free.kindle.com, the other without free. The first, respectively, is free, the second can be paid.
You can send to free only if you have wi-fi.
On the other - you can send for free when wi-fi is activated, with 3G - you can’t.
Summary - without Wi-Fi it will not work for free, only through a cable. At the very DX Graphite, he tried to send it, nothing happened.

By the way, not everything is rosy with surfing there either. There is a clause in the terms of use that says that they can issue an invoice for traffic at any time and write off this amount at the end of the month of the linked card.
