Is it ethical to order a hack of your own service?

Often there is a need to check the security of the code - stress tests of the system by our own specialists do not give the desired result, because own team will always blur errors.
Do you think it's ethical to involve external experts to crack your decisions? And if they succeed, they will get access to all the data. Please share your experience in solving this problem, if anyone has come across, and where to find super hackers who can be trusted?
We will be grateful for advice.

This is called a security audit.
Super hackers don't glow. Contact the offices that deal with such issues.

they will have access to all data

Let this person be a contractor you have hired, who has already received money for his work, whose identity is known to you and who has no reason to risk his reputation and safety in order to satisfy his curiosity. Than this person will become someone completely outsider, unknown to you, who owes you nothing, with unknown motives, perhaps hired by competitors or a loner, embittered at the whole world, who will take pleasure in making someone he wants for the sake of a sense of his own greatness.

Yes. it needs to be done. Just draw up the contract correctly and do not hire everyone! Many of the bug hunters can sell others security holes in popular services. Because the price for them is from 10000 USD...
