Is it difficult to migrate applications from Qt to xCode?

In your opinion, is it difficult to port a working DC++ client written in Qt to xCode? That is, to write an analogue of the client for desktop MacOS, but in the native development language?
How much could it cost?
What skills should a developer have? Know both Qt and xCode?

Why not just switch the target platform in this project and take advantage of Qt's cross-platform?

If the code is written normally, it will be fast. If it's bad, it's easier to write an application from scratch.
