Is it difficult to master the swift language?

The question is purely theoretical, do not throw slippers, but please explain;)
I have been doing web programming for several years. I have sufficient knowledge of PHP, js, and related frameworks. The topic of creating applications for a mobile platform is very interesting, and as the owner of many apple devices, I look towards swift. How time-consuming will the process of learning the language be, given that I had absolutely no experience in programming in C, java, python, and so on?
For me it's interesting as a hobby. What are the approximate, average terms for creating your first application? I, of course, do not mean games - something more mundane.

Second third, etc. language is always easy to learn. The main difficulty will not be with the language, but with Xcode which is written by Indians with ass hands, as well as the intricacies of basic frameworks. There are no deadlines. Everything is very individual, depending on the abilities, time and method of training. The first application, the concept is also very extensible. Hello World can be written on the first day.

SwiftBook (Akulova) I do not recommend, there is mainly a translation of English classes / lessons, and when they are given by people who are mostly not developers, then so it is lays down ....
In parallel with the lessons, download good projects from GitHub, disassemble them, repeat, refine, and fill your hand, and then there is a lot of stuff on Udemy
