Is it correct to name it with or without an ending?

Friends, I am writing a parental control tool (for children). There will be a limit on the time of use, restrictions on games and programs, Internet restrictions.
I'm trying to understand how in English it would be correct to name the program parental control or parental controls. I look at examples of such programs on the Internet, and so they write differently everywhere. For example, in microsoft windows with an ending, in Wikipedia an article with an ending, and for ESET NOD32 antivirus without, like a number of other controls. What is correct and what is the difference?

It's better to take it as in the wiki
I have doubts that it's worth focusing on eset - there are a lot of Russian-speaking

These are different words.
Control is just Control. It's not clear what it's about. Maybe you will tell that the child should be put in a corner or deprived of sweets.
Controls is a list of components. For example, there may be buttons on the screen that run a subroutine when pressed. Wikipedia lists 4 main sections (features): filters, etc.
