Is it correct to build a similarity of CDN?
Dear community, please tell me about this issue?
There is an application written in pure PHP, MySQL database.
Task: you need to make something like a CDN, but not just static, but the entire application.
I see a solution, placing the application at all points of presence and replicating mutable data, the files almost do not change, mostly the base ...
Maybe someone did something similar, in which direction is it better to look?
Thanks in advance for your advice, have a nice day everyone...
ADDITION: you can't use third party servers, due to privacy.
ADDITION: The application is used all over the world (a large company whose employees wander around the globe wants to take 62 servers at different points), a lot of data is returned in one request (about 10-50 MB., it became interesting, I tried to open a page on a tablet, the browser crashed with an error), we cannot interfere with this part of the application.
They want to achieve a higher download speed, we are trying to change the train of thought, to write a new one, but they rested like donkeys, we want that's all.

What problems need to be solved by scaling?
There are many ways to build a scalable architecture, but there is no silver bullet. The first thing I googled for a review: ruhighload.com/scale
