Is it allowed to place other organizations of your city on the portal without permission?
Hello, we have a small portal of organizations for beauty salons in the city. The point is that you can place your organization on it, communicate with customers, and place contact information. The question is: can I gradually add existing salons myself (addresses, phones, social networks, everything that is in the public domain) or do I need permission for this from the owners? For example, 2gis itself adds some places.

Can. And no one asks at all. They can even say thank you for the placement and give money)
If the organization conducts open activities and accepts, especially, clients, then why not.
Moreover, all legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are in the public domain of the OGRN and OGRNIP.
In addition, if the site is a media, then it is subject to the law, which allows you to receive and publish information

Company data - address, opening hours, list of services - are not personal data objects.

Having experience in creating such directories, I will say one thing - it is not difficult to add. It is difficult to keep the data up to date. And taking into account Yandex, 2GIS and Google - is it necessary at all. About 15 years ago it was interesting, now it may be of interest only for small-town sites of small settlements, where the keen eye of search engines has not yet come.
