Licenses for software and other works

Is it allowed to install personal Adobe Acrobat Pro on the corp. a laptop?

There is a corporate laptop for which an employee works. He bought an Adobe Acrobate Pro subscription with his own money, is it legal to install it on a laptop so that an employee can work?
In theory, no, because If there is a check, the legal entity will not have documents, and the subscription purchased for personal purposes will be used for commercial purposes. Or am I wrong?

In theory, the office should not allow something to be put on the computer at all. But it doesn't matter for verification. So you need some kind of check for the goods. And permission from the director to install. If you work under an employment contract, then there are no questions at all, just the inspectors will ask you.

It seems that a personal license for Adobe Acrobat Pro does not prohibit commercial use.

No. On a corporate laptop, a user cannot have admin rights, and if they do, then this is either an oversight or an admin eccentric (with a different letter)

If the guy bought a license, then it is for personal use or corporate if the license was appropriate.
But in fact, the application must be bought by a company with a corporate license. If there is another license during the check, there will be a penalty for using a personal license for commercial purposes
