Is it allowed to add links to Yandex.Money or Paypal of the developer (donate) to android applications?

I would like to know if it is allowed to add links to Yandex money or paypal of the developer (donat) to android applications, or is it still prohibited by the requirements for android applications? I repeatedly and carefully read the requirements, but I did not find anything explicitly about the donat.
