Hello, I want to make and put in the AppStore applications related to football.
So, can I use pictures (football player, ball, team logo) and animation (cartoon animation) in my program?
(I'm talking about copyright, etc.)

You can use them, the application will be missed. But if the author of the photos files a complaint with Apple about your application and proves that you violated his rights, then the application will be rejected. Basically, in this case, you can just send them a new build with different pictures.
