Is it against the rules to pay for application functions through the site?

The application is planned to be distributed through Google Play, Amazon. The application is a client for the site service. All interaction with the application takes place through the site.
Monetization is supposed to be done through the sale of tariff options on the site. Depending on the options, the functionality of the application may change (slightly). This scheme resembles the DropBox payment format, when tariff options are purchased on the site, and the application is changed according to the new subscription.
Tell me, does such a scheme contradict the rules of internal purchases of Google Play, Amazon? The application, in its essence, has a built-in functionality that does not change from changing tariff options.

As far as I know, there are no serious problems with this. At least with a similar problem of selling apps outside of Google Play.
In any case, it will not be superfluous to re-read TOS Google Play .
