Is it advisable to use WSL on Windows 10?

Is it possible to stably install things like nodejs and sailsjs in wsl?

I don’t know what sailjs is, but I use node in wsl every day to build the front and ionic applications. Everything is fine for more than a year
. The installation itself is exactly the same as in Linux (I have Ubuntu 18.04, I used to have 16.04)

Yes, it is advisable. Everything works without problems, I have been using it for more than a year. I installed sailsjs in wsl, and I use nodejs all the time. Everything is stable
