Is it acceptable to open a feature for a review?

Is it acceptable to add functionality (or bonuses) to mobile apps published on the App Store, Google Play and Windows Marketplace that will only be available after the user leaves a review in the respective app store?
I myself have seen such applications, but there are doubts about their legality.
It is desirable to accompany the answers with links to the rules from the application stores (if this is explicitly indicated somewhere).

Developers must not attempt to change the placement of any Product in the Store, or manipulate any product ratings or reviews by unauthorized means such as fraudulent installs, paid or fake reviews or ratings, or by offering incentives to rate products.
