Is in-memory database possible on MongoDB?
Tell me, is it possible to raise an analogue of Oracle TimesTen to MongoDB? And if anyone has already used it, what are the problems and differences from the solution on Oracle TimesTen?

I didn’t use Oracle, but mongo is, firstly, not a SQL database, with its own characteristics, and secondly, it itself will take up ALL available memory and will keep the most popular data in memory, so you just need a server with memory size = database size. Problems, obviously, will be with a serious server crash.
The following alternative products are listed
everywhere: eXtremeDB , KDB , VoltDB ( open source)
It would be interesting, of course, to hear from someone who has worked with them, especially with VoltDB.
Interestingly, there are all such analogues. Oracle licenses are simply unrealistically expensive.
