Is GAPI still running?

I downloaded and installed GAPI for the project, I haven’t used it for a long time, I swear “does not have sufficient permissions for this profile” I didn’t swear before, they confuse the dates of the last update, is it still working? if not, what analogues can be used for php?

Works fine (haven't touched anything in over a year). Maybe the account is denied access to statistics?
