Is gamedev used in security systems?

Hello! This question arose out of curiosity. Is gamedev used to check the security systems of real objects? For example, a customer ordered a model of his country house or industrial warehouse in the Unity game engine, and a game was created for this. And then the possibility of suppressing any attempts to penetrate the territory is checked. What to do if, for example, an attempted armed seizure, a power outage, etc. On the principle of, for example, a flight simulator, in short. And where can I see, read, if any. In Google, the query gamedev for security gives the wrong result.

For the customer's money - any whim.
Do you understand how expensive this is?
Although, if the company specializes in this, then why not have such a demonstration engine.
Surely works well as a persuasion of the customer.
It's going to be fairly inexpensive.
But this is just a publicity stunt.
I doubt it's practical.
And why do you attribute 3D modeling to gamedev?
why not Movie Prod?

UPD:
gamedev is quite used in the training of aircraft pilots.
since working out 100 takeoffs and landings in real life at the training stage is expensive and risky.
here the cost of gemdev pays for the cost of real training takeoffs and landings.
