Is GA suitable as a reporting tool?

Please tell me if google analytics will fit as a reporting tool for the site?
For example, I have ads placed by different companies that want to receive a report to their email once a week on the number of views of their materials. Or is it easier to do an internal query on the database?

Why not.
The main thing is to check that the counter is set up correctly (i.e. the data is sent every time the page is viewed).
Then you can make a report on specific pages in Google Data Studio and share it with partners.
