Is flexbox ready for 100% adoption in 2018?

Good day!
I would like to hear opinions from practitioners.
Current figures are as follows: https://caniuse.com/#search=flexbox
In principle, very good. But on some forums, new comments still slip through that there are glitches in Firefox, then in Opera.
Hence the question: is it possible to 100% translate the layout under flexbox (with prefixes) without insurance on floats? Under the condition that IE10+ support is required
Thanks in advance!

@MetisKot

If support for IE10 is a requirement (not a wish) and you are not going to solve the errors that appear, then you should not use flexes
. which may cause display problems for such an audience

@AskMy

so as not to read some forums and other comms - take it and check it in all browsers .. and everything will fall into place
