Is everyone lagging on the new Photoshop 2021?

Hello. I installed a new Photoshop and noticed that when dragging a regular 300px square on a 1500px canvas, slowdowns are felt. As if FPS drops to 20. Despite the fact that on the "old" version (2020 v21.0.2.57) such lags were not noticed.
