Is django 2.2.X up to date?
When I first met Django, I installed the latest 3.0.x at that time and immediately came across a bunch of bugs. Looking at their Issue tracker and roadmap, I came to the conclusion that it is better to learn 2.2 - because LTS. Was the decision correct? How common is 3.X usage? In most vacancies, versions are not written at all.

Relevant, and already 3.1.x and I didn’t notice something in it, just some critical bugs. Well, as a standard, it does not make sense to immediately switch to major zero - 3.0.0, you have to wait a bit for a couple of minor releases to come out.
And so, it also depends on the policy of the team / company, someone sits on LTS, someone immediately adds the latest version in development, tests it and makes a decision based on the result.
You write as if they are two different frameworks. There is almost no difference between the versions.
