Is DeployR Open no longer available?

We wanted to use DeployR Open in our work as a free open source tool for creating a web service for executing R scripts. I began to look for where to download it on the Internet and could not find it. After the takeover of Revolutions by Microsoft, all download links lead to a page on the Microsoft website that says "Attention: Microsoft has suspended distribution of DeployR Open releases". What does it mean? There is no more open and free version of DeployR and we need to look for something else?
