Can it already be used instead of js to work with home, forms and elements, http requests and other frontend tasks?
What manuals do you know besides the official one for these tasks? Thank you.
Ps: and can it be used with Vue etc?

Well, dart2js has been around for a long time and they successfully write in production on it.
There is AngularDart.
The release of the stable version of FlutterWeb is coming soon.
