Is convenient development for ios on windows real?

Good afternoon!
Is it possible to program for iOS on an osx virtual machine, or is it a severe perversion?
Are there other ways to avoid buying an expensive Mac?

1) osx virtual machines are updated quite slowly, official updates often do not work, as a result, xcode will not be the latest version
2) osx is quite demanding on resources and is quite tightly optimized for specific hardware. For the sake of interest, I tried it, it started up on a virtual machine, but in order to work at an acceptable speed, I had to copy everything to ssd, allocate 6 processor cores (4.2MHz each), 8 gb of memory and 2 gb of video. And then the interface was slowing down
3) A new Mac Mini can be taken from 23,000 rubles, cheaper by hand. It's not expensive compared to having at least 2 more iPhones and 2 iPads.
PS Well, that is, just try it for yourself, poke guides, etc. - you can do it in a virtual machine, but you need a really powerful PC
. To work and earn money - it won't work with a virtual machine.

Severe perversion. An option to avoid buying an expensive one is to buy a used one. There are quite decent examples.

It's better to buy a Macbook Air (handy on its own) or at least a Mac-mini.

There are many different ways to get a working mac-axis on PiSi - this is both a hackintosh and a virtual machine, and even read somewhere, xcode for Windows (infa without proof, but if you are interested, look, everything is possible). But when you try to get this, you will immediately encounter the fact that instead of starting to learn Obj-C or Swift, you will have to start learning how to optimize the work of a hackintosh on a PC, and this topic is very extensive.
So the most simple, budgetary and, most importantly, effective way is to purchase a poppy mini boot for 13 thousand. For the first time, you can use the simulator, until the moment when you consider that you are almost ready for release. Then it will be possible to purchase, as well, an ipod touch (4 for 3k or 5 for 5) and an Apple developer certificate. But, by this point, you will already clearly understand whether you need all this.
