Is content considered non-unique if it's been stolen piecemeal?

Over the years, almost all the text on the site has lost its uniqueness. Was 100% has become, 4-5%. The text was stolen by suggestions, and on some dubious sites, and entirely without an active link to my site. Some are indexed, some are not.
Is my content now considered non-unique and how does this affect search engine rankings?
Checked on Advego deep check.
All texts on my site are placed in the relevant sections of the online store.

"uniqueness" is a relative concept.
PS operates with vectors, not only for sentences, but also for terms and pages, i.e. no matter how the words are rearranged or replaced with synonyms (synonyms are only worse), Advego just compares the words
if the site is not young and is indexed quickly - don't worry

I advise you to contact the search engines directly on this matter. Proving that the author of the text is you can be a challenge, but you hang on.
