Is Composer update/install taking too long?

On different PCs, when I run Composer install or update, the composer "hangs" for a very long time,
Loading composer repositories with package information
Updating dependencies (including require-dev)
Does everyone have it? If not, please tell me how to solve it?

I looked at your questions, I see Yii2
If you haven’t updated the project for more than six months, then there was a jamb - JS was either pulled up using the fxp plugin, which makes working with the Composer sooooo long, as a result, the Yii2 team cut it out!
