They managed to mess up so that their own configuration files were erased.
If the toad is choking you to buy ISPmanager, take a look at Fastpanel. As long as it's free.

since that time, the functionality and stability have increased so much. Before that, I used vestacp and ispconfig on two servers for several years. Now completely switched to brainy. Topchik.
