Is there support and is there any roadmap planned at all, what else to expect from Application Insights in the near future?

So far there is no support. You can vote for this idea on the corresponding site - https://visualstudio.uservoice.com/forums/121579-v... . UserVoice is constantly reviewed by the development team, they also comment and write when the idea is implemented.
