Is Avast checking my c++ executable for some reason?

Previously, I checked for 20 seconds. I added the file and all IDEs to the exceptions, and all the same, it checks it for 2-3 seconds.

Add the entire project directory and all build directories (including all files and subdirectories) to the exclusions.
