All these free class antiviruses are approximately the same in terms of efficiency, so you can choose according to any additional chips (however, there are reviews / comparisons on the Web). Windows Defender is notorious for the fact that it loads the computer less because it is well integrated into the OS. And Avast has another attraction - he knows how to report his actions by voice.
Personally, I use the Defender so as not to fool around with the hassle of downloading and installing something else.
