Is Angular and Rails good?

I know that Rails has remote forms and can easily be attached to js (say CoffeScript)
Why is Angular so much better?
I did not write on it, but it is interesting.

Angular is needed to create a SPA (Single Page Application). However, you can use Rails as the server API. If you just need to add some interactivity to the site, then you should not use it. If you still need to create a SPA, then I would recommend looking towards React with Flux / Redux. Angular is too hard to work with.
