Is an app with a paid content subscription set to "free" or "paid" when it's published?

Hello! I have a question about publishing an application. I'm going to make it with a paid monthly subscription to all content. How to set a subscription, I understand. But the application itself in the column "Prices and distribution" should I mark as "free" or as "paid"? This question applies to both android and app store.
