Is access to the DLE admin area blocked by IP?

Once upon a time, I set an IP limit on entering the admin panel.
I recently changed the provider, so I can’t get into it,
I thought that it was written somewhere in the .htaccess files.
but looking through ftp, I realized that it was somewhere in the database,
and I didn’t boom-boom in this at all.
it is possible to query/find all occurrences of my old IP address
in the entire database/table.
or just tell me please where is this dog buried ㋛
