Is a video of using unlicensed software evidence in court?

Actually the question is in the title. A friend (he is an individual entrepreneur) had a conflict situation with employees, they recorded a video from the office and want to file a complaint with the police about using unlicensed software.
Of course, they put the software themselves, the conflict on the basis of dismissal.
What chances do they have, and what can be done to avoid liability?
Perhaps someone has been in a similar situation.

You never know what they ran on this computer. And filmed. The fact of presence at the time of withdrawal is important. If everything is erased for 10 rows and there are trial versions ... a mosquito will not undermine your friend's nose. All questions can be answered - they themselves put. And then you found it and deleted it like a respectable citizen!)

First, what country are we talking about?
Secondly, the video cannot prove that it is unlicensed software, that is, the video will not be _proof_.

Um .. that is, the employees themselves, ignoring Article 51 of the constitution, present evidence of their use of counterfeit software? -)

Yes.
But the court will definitely need to establish the place and time - in addition to the video itself.
And it's not easy.
