Is a movie about hackers/computers believable?

Guys, in many films, computer scientists use the dir command and a media player to hack secret FBI bases in 3 minutes. Recommend a more or less adequate film about computer scientists / programmers or hackers, where everything they do looks more believable.

There are no such. This spectacle will be dull even for a documentary film.

I remember watching a movie about 10-15 years ago, about a guy who was engaged in open source, but then he was lured away by a large corporation, he started developing for it and found out that they were stealing source codes from open source projects. Well, I leaked all their code to the public domain.
In principle - according to events - it is quite plausible. But how correct everything was exactly with the t.z. programming - I will not say.
It's called "The Dangerous Truth". You can see more of this here: https://xakep.ru/2012/11/23/59694/

If films were made about the direct work of hackers, then, I think, something like The.Scene mini-series would have turned out. Only duller. On the screen in each episode, the hacker's half-face and his desktop are lit. By the way, there are services that broadcast the work of programmers. It would be interesting to see the work of hackers.

Not that it would be very reliable, but it is also interesting to watch those who are "in the know". Emphasis on social engineering and a rather original ending.

And now you can also add the movie "Mr. Robot" - https://www.kinopoisk.ru/film/859908/
