Is a memory card subject to the process of data recovery after being formatted in a Simbian phone?

There is a memory card locked in the Nokia phone, which is not detected by the computer, but is listed as locked in the phone. Purpose: to restore the photo. There are several solutions on the network for formatting such a card for further use, and the only way to read the password is known, where the main factor is the presence of the device on which the password was set. In my case, unfortunately, this device is irretrievably lost. One of the formatting options is formatting in a Nokia (Simbian) phone . As far as I know, for example, after a quick format in Windows, hard drives are still subject to data recovery, the main thing is not to write new files to the drive. Does this pattern work in this case? I would really appreciate accurate answers.

On a computer, how is the device readable? Capture the image and run PhotoRec.
