If an IP, when registering in the OKVED codes of additional types of activity, includes activities for which a license is required, but at the same time, the IP does not yet conduct activities under these OKVED, is it necessary for the IP to obtain a license to conduct these types of activities?

Yes, licenses are required, it’s easier to throw out activities from a license and calmly do business,
when you need work that requires a license, file an application with the tax office, since this is done within 2 weeks.
