Is a chat bot for Instagram smart?

There is such a question, how flexible can the settings for a chat bot for Insta be?
As I understand it, the chat bot collects the necessary information and responds with a given response library!

So what is the question? Is it possible to make such a bot:

The bot has numbers from 1 - 100, but the conversation will continue only if the client specified the desired number.
For example, the client writes the number 15, the bot says that "the number is incorrect" if the same client writes again to the bot, then the bot no longer checks whether he indicated the correct number, and after 24 hours the client can again write any of the numbers to the bot. If the client specified the correct number, then the bot stops responding to all clients.
