Is 256 MHz enough for a web server? Ubunu Server 14.04 Apache / php / mysql
Three sites with low traffic (max. 100-150 people / day), one of them on wordpress, on the other two just php file connections are implemented (to make the same header and footer with different content ).

Enough for that amount of attendance. True, in addition to the number of people, traffic also affects.
If there will download files, it can slow down.
