IPMIView V2.10.2 20150909 does not display video image in KVM console. why?

There is a workstation based on the Supermicro X9DRW-3F motherboard ( ftp://ftp.supermicro.com/CDR-X9_1.23_for_Intel_X9_... running UBUNTU 14.04 x64 (automatic user login is installed)
This motherboard has an external video card from
AMD.The task was to receive an image by remote control via IPMI Viwe, and through an external video card.At the
moment the situation is as follows:
1) You can get an image separately if you switch the priority of displaying information to an external / built-in video card in the BIOS.
2) When setting the priority of an external video card (displaying information via DVI-i Duallink), IPMI Viwer can work with the motherboard, but it is not possible to receive an image in the KVM console. (We tried 2 connection devices with JAVA 7 and 8, there were hints on the Internet about changing the settings of JAVA itself and its security section, these tips did not help us)
3) When setting priority to the built-in video card (D-sub connector), we get no a working external card and a working image in IPMI. But then an incident arises with the fact that UBUNTU asks for the password of the root user.
When the correct password is entered, the monitor fades out, after 5-7 seconds it returns to the welcome screen with user selection and password entry. (if the password is not entered correctly, it just asks to try again). the guest account in this case reacts in a similar way.
with all this, the functionality of CTRL + ALT + f1 of the terminal is possible.
Please let me know if anyone has come across this issue.
