iPhone 7 battery wear out fast?

The girl has an IPhone 7 (bought exactly a year ago from officials in Ukraine). Yesterday I noticed that during the year of using the phone, 14% of the battery capacity flew away from her (now 86% capacity).
Does anyone have any idea what could cause such a rapid deterioration of the battery?
PS up to 100%, she never charged, kept the capacity within 20-80%, but did not discharge to 0.

Well, now this is the quality of native batteries. I had the same song with the sixth. if it were in the Russian Federation, there is a 2-year guarantee, one could try to make a claim to the officials (surprisingly, they often meet halfway in this matter, probably support loyalty), and so .... change the battery to a normal china in a normal one (according to reviews) service in your city and that's all. According to Russian realities, the price of the issue is a couple of thousand rubles, I'm sure it will be comparable with you.
