IP (USN + PSN) for Upwork: do I need a CCP?

Hello, I'm going to register an individual entrepreneur (USN + PSN) to work with customers from abroad (only foreigners, but can be both individuals and not) through Upwork (development of new, finalization of existing sites), taking into account 54 FZ, is it necessary to In this case, cash register equipment?
PS I understand all the absurdity of the CCP in the framework of working with Upwork, but these are our laws, the logic of which is quite perverted in places, so I would like some reasoned answers.
PSS There is a whole site dedicated to the 54th Federal Law, and in particular, who does NOT need to apply CCP . So, the list of those who DO NOT need to use CCP is not large, so my doubts crept in ...
PSSS since cash registers began to send tax reports on each purchase almost online, not only the client, but also the Federal Tax Service became the recipient of the check. Hence my question, even if the client does not need my check, the Federal Tax Service requires it.

Ok, IP recipient.
If the payer is a physicist, then a check is needed.
If a lawyer or individual entrepreneur pays, a check is not needed.

54-FZ
Article 2
9. Cash registers are NOT used when making settlements using an electronic means of payment without presenting it between organizations and (or) individual entrepreneurs.
