IP telephony. Need advice on device selection

Good afternoon.

There is a need to install 2 workplaces for managers who will receive and make phone calls.
An important point is that managers will be in the same room quite close to each other, and in order not to interfere with each other during a conversation, they must have closed headsets.

To prevent misunderstanding about "what is a closed headset" - these are headphones with a microphone that completely cover the user's ears :)

In this regard, advise a budget version of devices - or just a phone (if it has an Ethernet interface), to which you can connect a closed headset , or voip-gateway + telephone (if only RJ-11, RJ-12) + connection of a closed headset.

I would also be grateful for links - examples of phones and headsets for them - to online stores in Kiev, where you can buy such devices at an adequate price.

Almost every voip phone has a headset input. If you have a computer, you can simply put a soft background, they are usually more convenient in terms of notebooks and other things.
Phones look linksys, snom, all sorts of siemens with dec tubes are possible.
Jabbra headsets, I won’t say about others, I didn’t use much.

It seems to me that it will be very uncomfortable to sit in closed headphones for a long time.

Adpac IP90 , IP90E has RJ11 input. Also there are standard 3.5 jacks for connecting a headset, in general, it is entirely suitable for your purposes. You did not specify the maximum cost, the price for one will be about 5,000 rubles, you can order on the off site, see how it is on the budget, just the gateway + phone + special headset option can come out the same or more expensive.
We installed about 15 of these for the dispatch service specifically for the purpose of using standard closed headsets with them, they work stably.
I warn you in advance - there is one joint, over time for allordered devices loosened power connector, not very high-quality assembly. If you decide to take it, pay attention to the supplier, or open the phone, fix everything that hangs, a matter of minutes. There were no more complaints.

“in order not to interfere with each other during a conversation, they must have closed headsets”
Who told you that? - in contact centers, the density of jobs and the general noise background are much higher than two managers in the office, but they work great with overhead ear pads.
