I want to legalize and be an individual entrepreneur. Well, pay less taxes than when working for an uncle.
Main field of activity: web development.
The question arose about bookkeeping and other reporting submissions.
I found two services, these are www.moedelo.org/ and www.e-kontur.ru/.
But I would like to listen to experienced comrades, what kind of rake and how often will you have to deal with, whether you used services, etc. From the accounting department, I myself know only about debit and credit, or rather, only about their existence.
PS The option with a girl accountant disappears due to the fact that there is no such girl and due to the fact that there will be a maximum of 1-2 contracts per month, the customer is permanent.

There are two options.
1) The sites that you have listed, where you yourself are in charge of everything, these are the two main players, acquaintances use my business with the Elba did not have meetings, but the skb-contour does it, and it is clearly larger than my case.
2) Outsourcing of accounting by some accounting office can come out quite cheaply if there are not many operations. Of the pluses, you yourself will have to do little, and since there are a lot of accountants in the office, there will be no downtime in accounting (decrees, vacations, etc.).

I had experience with an offline accounting office. Very bad memories. Usually, the tariff depends on the number of transactions per month. An individual entrepreneur (if he is not engaged in retail trade) has very few of them. Therefore, such offices are not particularly interested in accounting for IP. They have a high turnover of staff, low qualification of employees. Once, four times they made out a bill to me incorrectly.
Nowadays, I recommend not to contact an offline accounting office. These are additional problems.
Now I have been using Moiy.Del for almost a year. I highly recommend this service. With its help, you can submit declarations in electronic form, i.e. not to go to the tax office and send registered letters, but directly without getting up from your seat. The interface is convenient. They are constantly improving things.
I have never seen e-kontur.ru. Yes, and I don’t want to look yet - my business is quite satisfied.

Since you will have 1-2 contracts, any freelance accountant will bring you this “balance” on simplified terms for a chocolate bar or 500 rubles. There is nothing complicated, like at school. "income and expenses". Because you will be on a simplified system, no one cares about expenses, so you can write only income and get 6% out of them.
Reporting can be submitted by mail with acknowledgment of receipt. well, or using the service, which you already wrote. Of the pitfalls - once a year 16 tr. in off-budget (pension).
If the truth is 2 contracts maximum, then it is better to work under a contract with this customer and let him pay tax for you (from your money), but you will get rid of pension tambourines. You don't care about retirement, do you?

"1C Small Enterprise" costs a penny, is mastered in three days, after installation it does not require a subscriber and performs the CRM function at the initial stage. Plus, there is the opportunity to "finish for yourself."
Giving control over your finances to the left, not even to your uncle, but to someone else's code, is a very, very strange decision. You are responsible, including criminal. It is very simple to understand accounting in a simplified way, there is a primitive. You will spend more time running around getting acquainted with aunts in the tax and FIU (from which no program will save you).

I create documents in My Business on a free subscription, and I submit reports in Elba, also on a free subscription. True, new forms were added in 2011, and in Elba these reports were included in a paid subscription - I paid 300 rubles.

My bookkeeping is handled by an accountant. There are few contracts, 1-2 bills per month. We work for 6000 per quarter.
