ios app signing error?

Hello, xcode 10.2, when building in "Generic IOS device" error "Command CodeSign failed with a nonzero exit code"

The certificate was transferred to "always trust", did a clean build and re-build. The error has not gone away.

There are tons of options on stackoverflow, is there something most likely, given the version of xcode and the working surf?
