I send an activation request - there is no and no message, no and no, 20 minutes have already passed and it's gone.
I look at the IPB mail sending logs:
Via the PHP function (Mail)

Error writing email body to SMTP server
I checked the PHP Mail function in the root of the site - without any problems the script sent me a message to the mail, and the forum even junk.

He also writes that he is trying to send to smtp, and not through mail ()
