Invalid option in explorer?

Once downloaded the sandbox, then deleted.
The option (run in a sandbox) did not disappear from the explorer.
How to remove from there?

Explorer context menu settings are in the registry. The Internet is full of information on how to add / remove an item in this menu. vindavoz.ru/win_obwee/548-ubrat-dobavit-punkty-vk...
