Introduction to Python. Mark Lutz or Eric Mathis?
Hello. I want to get familiar with Python. I singled out two books for myself, Mark Lutz and Eric Matiz (both called "Learning Python ..."). Well, I also saw "Simple Python ..." by Bill Lubanovich.
I understand that Mark Lutz's book is detailed, but I'm not sure that I need it. Still, I am somehow familiar with programming. But Matiz has a practical part right away.
Express your opinion, please. Maybe even there is someone who is familiar with all these books.

It 's complete nonsense that you shouldn't learn from books. Video lessons do not give you a deep understanding of what is happening, unlike books. I read Lutz myself, I stopped at page 442, and yes, he has practical tasks there after each completed chapter.
Personally, I started Eric Matiz and am ready to recommend this book. What you need to get started. Accessible, good examples, assignments, projects. I heard reviews that Lutz's book is good to fill in the gaps when you already know something. More complex things are described in more detail there. I'm going to start reading soon.
For me, so worthy of attention:
Automate the Boring Stuff and A Byte Of Python. Both books are also in Russian. Useful for their examples of using python in practice.
And if not in books, then the pythontutor.ru resource helped me a lot to remember the syntax
