Interviewing a programmer?
How to find a great specialist who could professionally conduct interviews with several freelance developers (of course, not for free)? And choose the one for whom my difficult TK will be just right.
Note for fans of humorous answers. The joke “find someone to interview your future interviewer” is too superficial to be considered witty.

To be a good developer, you obviously need to have technical competencies.
To interview a person for the position of a developer, you need to have no less competencies.

And by the way, what kind of freelance interview is this? If you have a project of such a scale that someone agrees to wait for an interview - why do you need freelancers at all? Contact any HH agency and hire people.

- he threw off a template response or studied the task more than 4-8 hours)
- Does he ask questions and what.
Get ready that 49 out of 50 will not meet these requirements.
