"Internet Slower" Is there such a browser plugin?

I would like to test the page load time at different speeds, for example 64 Kbps. There is a program called SpeedLimiter . But I want something more convenient to use. Maybe there is a plugin for the browser Chrome, Firefox?

Under Linux there is a wonderful thing
swik.net/netem/
You can emulate packet loss, delay, bandwidth, and more. The application profile is wider, of course, but it is also suitable for solving the problem. For example, look at the behavior when working in 3G networks.

there are special tools for your task. I personally use fiddler, where I saw an overview of analogues.

This is of course an offtopic, but you can also use dummynet in freebsd, there are a lot of opportunities there.

I would launch a torrent client for downloading, limiting its download speed as it should. This is the difference between access speed and download speed and would give me the desired effect.
